A Study on System of Care Worker and Related Issues in Japan

Abstract

|
This Study classified system of care worker and explored the related issues. It increased about care service with advance an aged society. However, There are indifferent to care workers who take actually full charge of care services. This study is to present issues that is related to care worker in Japan. Care workers have classified The results of this study are two sectors. One is system of care workers, it has classified three levels according to area of care service: home-helper, care worker, care manager. The other is issues of care worker, they are labor conditions, community sanction on the profession, sex division of care work, and neutrality of care service. Further efforts to resolve problems should be took consideration into work conditions of care worker and issues discussed.
